or perhaps you have pop-ups disabled and so on.
the problem is on your end.
try figuring out the problem with search options if need be.
in my opinion, user error and lack of knowledge is the root of most computer problems.

i don't have administrative rights on this computer to install/upgrade
so i guess a grey panel is the best i can do from here
