Had an experience where a person didn't get the price wanted from his ad. Now won't give refund. I just gave neg feedback but the feedback just before me looked like the same thing. One hour auctions creating scam artists?

What I'm seeing wasn't a one hour auction .
That guy has a stellar rep , I'd like to see his side also .
If there is one thing he is not , it's a scam artist .
Whether the auction is one hour or 2 weeks, you still need to research the seller before bidding.
My apologies it was a one dollar auction. Goober, he looked real good but I know when I'm getting stalled but don't understand why. There ain't no other side to it, he sold the item and stalled the deliver, then dropped it altogether.
By the way goober, how do you know so much about who he is? Mark, I did check feedback, was great, I think I've bought from him before with no problems. Now I've got another problem, how does these ppl get into my affairs, Mark?

It's all public information again since Mark fixed things around here and the search functions work again .

FYI everyone. I was not accusing anyone of being a deliberate scam artist. I was asking if the buck auction was was putting the bite on many other sellers.

Has he made excuses ?
Has he outright refused a refund or to ship your fish ?

I'd be more worried that something happened to Ron or the fish he was selling .
You don't work for years on your fish and your rep , to screw 2 people .
From what I'm seeing , those 2 negatives came on the last 2 auctions Ron ran here .
Nothing since then .
Makes me think something mighta happened down there in Fla .
Trash'em, thrash'em, drive them into the dirt. If it turns out to be a mistake you can always send them a private message and say "oops".
