Aquabid allows me to set who the auction is aimed at, USA, Canada, EU... whatever.
but that doesn't prevent them from bidding.

so... can i make my own rules within the text of my auction...
and if someone doesn't, for example, contact me or pay within 48 hours can
i ban them, relist the auction and just live with the negative feedback

if i word the auction properly, with the "if you don't agree to my terms, don't bid" disclaimer...
how would you react to a breach-of-sale if it were filed??

I don't restrict an overseas person from bidding on a USA only auction because in reality, they could have you ship it to someone in the USA who ships it to them.

let me be more specific...
if my auctions state that the winning bidder must contact and pay me within 48 hours

and they don't, so i don't ship, or take their money if it shows up late, and i relist the killie eggs, and they file a breach...
is that a breach according to the official aquabid rules?

am i allowed to post restrictions

i would prefer not to get suspended or banned
