I think this goes here.

I've wondered about this for awhile now: why is it that the feedback form says that neutrals don't affect the ratings when they clearly do?

For example, my good friend Bluegreen just got his first neutral (which has since been upgraded, but not my point), and his feedback rating went from a perfect score (54/54) to a non-perfect score (54/55). Now, if neutrals didn't affect the ratings, then it would have stayed at 54/54 as if the feedback never happened.

Yes, it's good to know that folks have neutrals as well as negatives. But why say they don't affect the rating? My suggestion: remove that one sentence:

Feedback ratings are calculated by adding all positive comments and subtracting any negative comments. Neutral comments do not affect a users rating. See the summary for a breakdown of all comments including neutrals.
Cause it's not true. Maybe change it to:

Feedback ratings are calculated by adding all positive comments and subtracting any neutral and/or negative comments. See the summary for a breakdown of all comments.
What do you all think? Except for Pete, cause he'll just be ridiculous.
