So I've read a few posts about super expensive shrimp and owners who never use fish food for their shrimp because of the copper in it. What do you folks think? Use the fish food for the shrimp or go looking for food that doesn't have copper in it?
Thanks,
Scott

From what I have read, the type of copper in the food is different and not harmful. It is the dissolved copper salts (from medications and old plumbing) that are a real problem for shrimp.
I've been raising shrimp for fun and profit for twelve years and it never even occurred to me to worry about copper in my fish food. Apparently, it hadn't occurred to my shrimp either.
