I'm lost and need help

I was looking in my cherry tanks last night and came across a couple of these males looking like this

I know this isnt that good of a picture but really can't get a good on. I'll keep trying.

Are these cherry shrimp or something different? I have bought 3 different stock from people and currently was the only shrimp I kept until 2 weeks ago. I bought some new ones and forgot the name of them so when I get a good picture of the female I will be posting them also.

I think you might have had a hitchhiker or too in some plants... from me... ( its a possibility...)as those look like mine crazy greens....heres some picts, from an auction I got running right now

They dont have the solid yellowish strip on there back.
