Keeping Platies and Swordtails With Guppies and Endlers

I know that guppies and endler's will crossbreed as well as platies and swordtails but my question is if I can keep sword's or platies in a tank with guppies or endler's and have no chance of them crossbreeding? In short say I have guppies and platies in one tank, guppies and swords in another tank, endler's and platies in another tank, and endler's and swords in another tank.........those combinations could be done without any crossbreeding correct? Jeez I about confused my damn self with that rambling but my fish types are growing so fast that it is becoming a must to keep more than one type of fish in each tank. Throw in the different types of shrimp , killifish, snails, crawfish, and cory's that I keep and I almost need a freaking event planner!

I had guppies and platies together and they never crossbred. I'm not sure about the other combinations, but I don't think they can produce offspring together.
