    How to Hold For Pickup?

I have a buyer who wants a package held for pickup at their post office. I have never done that before so I am just curious if any of you have done this before and if so can you give me any advice here? I tried searching for info online but the only thing I see on the USPS website is a thing called package intercept where you can stop a package, redirect a package, or hold a package after shipment but it claims there can be a fee up to $13.95. In any case I am all ears here.
