    Auctions with unreasonable disclaimers

More and more auctions are coming up with unbelievable and unreasonable disclaimers in the Killifish section. They want to relieve themselves of the responsibility of delays in shipping, customs problems, fish eggs that are dead, fish eggs that dissolve.

Hypothetically, what would keep someone from listing an auction with this type of disclaimer and then sending no eggs whatsoever and then just saying that the eggs "dissolved" during shipping? The bidder would have no protection whatsoever and could not even list a negative reply.

There should be some limit on disclaimers like this. Sellers need to have some responsibility for getting the items they are selling successfully to the bidder.

When I see someone with this type of disclaimer I automatically ignore this auction. I assume he will try to scam me. I hope others will ignore these auctions as well and support those others who want to ensure there is a successful transaction.
