From the waters color it looks like You either had a poor hatch or waited to long (I can tell some hatched just from the color)...not your fault...you can only learn by doing it, and even then ALL of us probablly went through dozens upon dozens of hatches until we finally learned what a near 100% hatch looks like...hek even plus or minus 1/2 hr makes a difference; with good quality eggs all of them hath around the same time...
with poor quality eggs, the hatch an be all over the plae
