Fed Ex smart post (smart my ***)

NEVER and i mean never ship Fed Ex smart post unless you want to wait forever to get the package.If you ship this way dry goods ONLY. It seems my packages enter into limbo land once they get to Ellenwood Ga. so if you see that on your tracking beware and the "delivery date" will change dramatically . Why do they think this crap actually works is beyond me.

They turn the shipment over to the USPS to deliver

• After sorting at a FedEx facility, the packages are transported using the FedEx Ground shipping network.
• When your shipments arrive at the destination hub, the packages are sorted and moved to the USPS bulk mail center or the USPS local post office.
• The USPS then provides the “last-mile delivery” to your customer.

Well it seems like my package went to Ellenwood Ga then left there and went to (you guessed it) Ellenwood Ga smart post (no idea what the diff is) from there it went to Memphis and guess what back to Ellenwood Ga and 5 days later I got it. Really great service there. This has happened now with 3 different shipments from 2 different states really tiresome.

Well I pass the Ellenwood facilities (FedEx SmartPost and FedEx Ground) going to work. You want me to swing by and get them. You don't need whatever it is.

The reason why I only use USPS Priority.almost every package that i ship gets to the customer in 2 days.i have one on the way to Hawaii so it is taking 3 days.

I wish I had a choice but it seems whenever I get a pkg. shipped lately it's smart post and it takes forever to arrive. Maybe they'll rethink this sooner or later but I have my doubts.

Well after 3 changes on the arrival date it finally got here and actually when the shipper said it would, and NO 4 state transfers. lol Miracles do happen it seems.
